Refractory ceramic tubes МКР

Price: on request

Refractory ceramic tubes МКР are ceramic products that withstand high temperature and mechanical loads (high pressure) for a long period of time. They are made of high-quality heat-resistant technical porcelain (mullite-siliceous composition) containing aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide. Thus, aluminum oxide in the chemical compound of mullite-siliceous МКР tubes contains at minimum 52%, iron oxide is less than 1% (0.7%), and is included in a wide range of other chemical elements with low percentage content. Zirconium dioxide with aluminum oxide increases the thermal resistance of mullite-siliceous tubes МКР, as a result of which their usage temperature is 1250 °C. Thermal insulation properties of refractory tubes МКР are also more effective: high dielectric index, perfect resistance to sudden temperature changes, easy in installation and processing, etc. (see below).

Type: ceramic tubes for heaters.
