This personal information privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all information that the Inventum Ukraine company website, located on https://inventum.com.ua, may obtain about the user while using the site.
1. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS

1.1.1 Inventum Ukraine company website, located on https://inventum.com.ua (hereinafter the “Website”);
1.1.2. Administration of the Inventum Ukraine company website (hereinafter the Administration) are authorized employees acting on behalf of Inventum Ukraine company, who organize and carry out processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, personal data contents to be processed, actions or operations performed with personal data;

1.1.4 Processing of Data is a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with Data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, blocking, deletion and destruction of Data;
1.1.5 Confidentiality of Data is a mandatory requirement for the Administration not to allow the Data to be disclosed without the consent of the subject or any other legal basis;

In other words, cookies are used to make the use of the Website more convenient, for example, so that the user does not have to repeat the login process the next visit. 6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. the user is obliged to:
6.1.1 Provide information about the Data required to successfully complete the feedback forms on the Website.
6.2 The Administration shall:
6.2.1 Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy;
6.2.2 Keep confidential information secret, do not disclose it without the prior written consent of the user, and also do not sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other possible ways the user Data, except of clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy;
6.2.3 Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of user Data in accordance with a procedure commonly used to protect such information;
6.2.4 Block user Data from the moment of the user’s application or request, his legal representative or an authorized body for the protection of the rights of Data subjects for the period of verification, in case of inaccurate Data or illegal actions.
7. ADDITIONAL TERMS
7.1. The Administration has the right to make changes in this Privacy Policy without user’s consent.
7.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version Privacy Policy.
