Modernization of lining of the arch of the tunnel furnace became one of the last objects of modernization of the thermal equipment. Which main objective was a reduction of consumption of energy resources of the furnace due to decrease in a thermal loss. The engineering center of the company developed the project of modernization of lining of a furnace arch using hearth modular blocks which based on ceramic fiber. And specialists of mounting department in short terms implemented this project: established a new basic metalwork and carried out their anticorrosive processing, established modern lining materials (modular blocks and blankets based on ceramic fiber). Following the results of modernization of lining of the arch, temperature on a surface of the arch made no more than 50 ºС.
