Task:
• lining of a 10-ton aluminum melting furnace.
Implementation:
• production of axes for roof anchors, coating them with bituminous paint and installation of anchors;
• filling of the arch and loading arch with refractory and heat-insulating concrete;
• installation of layers of heat-insulating mats made of Ravatherm 1260 HP ceramic fiber and LYTX-264B and CIP-250 refractory boards;
• installation of INSULTEX and SHA-5 refractory and insulating bricks;
• installation of burner stone.
Result:
• the work was carried out professionally and within the stipulated time.
