Task:
• installation of blocks of two single-stage furnaces with a thermal capacity of 6.5 MW each (total weight 220.0 t).
Realization:
• installation of two water pipe heat exchangers;
• installation of metal structures of furnace units with dry ash removal;
• installation of two flue heat exchangers (water heaters);
• installation of metal structures of the chimney frame;
• installation of a chimney pipe;
• installation of two economizers;
• installation of metal structures of two multicyclones;
• installation of two filter units (sleeve filters);
• installation of metal constructions of stairs, platforms and gas pipes;
• installation of metal structures and fuel storage hydraulics with conveyors to furnaces and fuel supply devices;
• installation of two sets of auxiliary furnace equipment (smoke extractor, fans, ash containers, airlocks, feed and discharge screws, hydroelectric power stations);
• installation of support structures, pipelines, equipment and components of two furnaces;
• installation of lining and thermal insulation of two single-stage furnaces.
Result:
• the entire scope of work was performed professionally, in full and within the stipulated time.
