Task:
• insulation of furnace equipment as part of the project to switch furnaces to alternative fuel.
Realization:
• installation and insulation of pipelines of weakly heated air, dust pipes, dust collectors;
• walling of the inner surface of burner embrasures and external insulation of burners;
• development, design, installation of the automated process control system (APCS), control and measuring devices, actuators, including proprietary software;
• a fire-extinguishing pumping station was built;
• a full set of materials and equipment was completed.
Result:
• the entire scope of work was performed professionally, in full and within the stipulated time. A letter of recommendation was received from the customer
