Task:
• replacing the lining of the roller hearth furnace.
Features:
• the total lining area was 200 m2.
Implementation:
• dismantling the old lining layer;
• installation of metal structures of the ceiling frame;
• painting of metal structures;
• installation of heat-resistant fasteners;
• lining of the ceiling, "furnace gantry" and smoke extraction ducts with plates made of ceramic fiber Superwool Plus Blok 1000, refractory mats Сerachem blanket, Сerablanket, refractory Stack modules IM-1430;
• replacement of bushings made of vacuum-formed fiber, burners and smoke extraction ducts.
Result:
• the works were performed professionally and in the stipulated time.
