Task:
• installation of a set of thermomechanical and other equipment for a heating plant with a total capacity of 40 MW.
Peculiarities:
• work was carried out around the clock with more than 90 qualified specialists and engineers;
• 5 units of lifting and other equipment were involved;
• total weight of the installed equipment: more than 500 tons;
• total lining weight: more than 320 tons.
Implementation:
• installation of furnaces AXIS SAX-24 SZ;
• installation of pumping and heat exchange equipment;
• installation of two DANSTOKER TVBH-F P-20 MW boilers;
• installation of internal pipelines (boiler piping);
• installation of ash and slag removal equipment;
• installation of multicyclones;
• installation of transport equipment;
• lining of boiler furnaces;
• installation of external thermal insulation and sheathing of the equipment structure (furnaces AX-24, multicyclones, etc.).
Result:
• the entire scope of work was performed professionally, in full and in a short time.
