From January to April, 2014 assemblers-insulation workers of the Inventum Ukraine company made repair and replacement of heat insulation of pipelines, including knees, branches (inserts) and the other equipment of oil refinery. In view of the task set by the customer as much as possible to save money at accomplishment of these works, mats heat-insulating mineral-cotton as heat-insulating materials were approved, and as a coating layer the sheet of zinc galvanized steel is chosen. Mats heat-insulating mineral-cotton are often used for heat insulation of pipelines and other high-temperature industrial equipment as heat-insulating materials. Depending on a weather patterns and the amount of works provided by the customer, repair and replacement of heat-insulating materials (mats heat-insulating mineral-cotton) were carried out by 20-30 assemblers-insulation workers. Maintenance functions on heat insulation of pipelines are performed in full, qualitatively and in time.
