Our company has proved itself as a reliable business partner for dozens of clients in metallurgy. For 3 years in a row we have been supplying tuyere nozzles for the blast furnace of a iron and stell works. Having received the customer's drawings of the tuyere nozzles, we started to produce them as well as to supply fireproof concrete for lining. These nozzles are used to inject pulverized coal fuel into a blast furnace. The nozzles were lined with heat-resistant concrete produced by Allied Mineral Products (USA, the Netherlands), which is excellent for the tasks assigned to due to its thermophysical properties. The temperature of application this heat-resistant concrete reaches up to 1540°C, it has low thermal conductivity and high density, and a small linear expansion at high temperatures. We used special concrete mixers and vibrators during lining, so that to comply with the full technological process of pouring this heat-resistant concrete. It can also be used for lining of boilers, furnaces and other thermal equipment with high temperatures.
