Implementation:
• selection and delivery of refractory concrete;
• manufacturing of refractory blocks using metal formwork developed by our engineering department;
• drying and firing in a heat treatment furnace according to the schedule;
• delivery to the customer's warehouse by special pneumatic transport.
Result:
• the total weight of the manufactured blocks was 21.5 tons;
• the products were delivered in full and on time;
• they successfully passed quality control by the customer.
