Task:
• overhaul of the refractory lining of the hot water boiler.
Features:
• development of design documentation due to the absence of any drawings of the boiler;
• production of refractory bricks (110 pieces) for the arch lining.
Implementation:
• dismantling of the old lining (refractory concrete on the walls and the arch brickwork);
• preparation of the surface and installation of fasteners for the new lining;
• production of skew brick for the arch lining;
• pouring refractory concrete and laying the arch;
• boiler wall insulation with Superwool Plus Blok refractory boards by Morgan Thermal Ceramics.
Result:
• the work was carried out professionally and within the stipulated time.
