Task:
• replacement of the lining of the dryer drum.
The total area of the inner surface of the dryer drum to be repaired is 75.4 m2.
Implementation:
• supply of refractory and thermal insulation materials;
• two-layer laying of LYTX thermal insulation board - 2x10 mm;
• laying lightweight fireclay ША 1.0 bricks (ШЛ-1.0) – one layer – 114 mm;
• laying fireclay ША bricks – one layer – 114 mm.
Result:
• the work was completed in full, in accordance with the terms of the contract, in a short time.
