From February to March 2016, “Inventum Ukraine” company has performed works on installation of fire-resistant lining of the furnace PVS-450. Specialists of our company have developed the project according to which it was necessary to replace old lining (chamotte bricks) on modern energy saving (based on ceramic fiber). It has allowed to reduce significantly energy consumption of the furnace due to reduction of time of a warming up, and also to reduce thermal losses that is the main requirement of the customer.
According to the developed project the main modern energy saving materials for lining of the furnace were: refractory mats LYTX-112 and LYTX-212, refractory modular blocks LYTX-1260M, refractory board LYTX-264B, and also refractory lightweight brick. Process of lining of the furnace has begun with preparation of a surface and welding of a refractory fasteners for installation of refractory modular blocks LYTX-1260M. Then on side walls of the furnace have been installed modular blocks, and thermal seams are blocked by refractory mats LYTX-212. On the floor furnace, specialists of our company have established refractory lightweight bricks and refractory modular blocks LYTX-1260M. On the partitions and the furnace roof were established lightweight refractory boards LYTX-264B. In the course of lining our experts have established MKR tubes for supply/selection of air, and also have established heating elements of the furnace. Specialists of our company have executed installation of modern energy saving lining and have installed the equipment for heating of the furnace. All works are performed according to regulations, in full and in established periods.
