Refractory blocks (ceramic fiber blocks) are the most common and popular product for performing lining works of various complexity. Modular blocks are usually made of ceramic fiber mats (blankets) through their pressing. After that, refractory modular blocks are fixed in the compressed state by special tape. These refractory blocks have a number of advantages, such as: energy savings, resistance to thermal shocks and hot gas streams, low heating capacity, low weight and simple installation (as a result, reduced labor costs) and others.
